Referral code, link and earnings

1. Open the account menu (your avatar) and choose Earnings.
2. Copy your Code or your Link, or tap Share.

Your link looks like imanino.com/r/ followed by your eight-character code. When someone opens it, they land on the sign-up page with your code filled in, and imanino remembers it for 30 days. People can also type your code into the optional Referral code field when they sign up.

People you invite to a property are counted as your referrals too, unless someone else referred them already. Agents cannot be referred.

When a person you referred pays for a property subscription, you earn a commission on each paid invoice. The default rate is 20 percent of the amount without tax, for the first 12 months of that subscription. Your own rate is shown as Rate on the Earnings page. Free properties do not earn commission.

• Pending: earned, but not yet payable. A commission becomes Payable 14 days after the customer's payment, which is the refund window.
• Payable: ready to be paid out.
• Paid: included in a payout.
• Voided: cancelled, for example when the payment was refunded.

Payouts are made manually by the imanino team. If a customer is refunded after you were paid, a Refund adjustment appears in your history and is offset against your next payout.

The summary shows Referred (people), Rate, Pending, Payable, Paid out and Adjustments. Below it, History lists each entry by month with its status and amount. Pending entries show the date they become payable.
