Pricing and your first free property

• Your first rented property as a landlord is free.
• Your first owned home is free.
• Each additional property is €20 per month, including VAT.

A property includes unlimited tenants, photos and documents, and tenants and other members never pay to join. Properties are billed per property, not per person.

• Rented property: the landlord pays. On a property an agent created, that is the landlord who joins.
• If a tenant created the flat and no landlord has joined yet, the person who created it can activate it. Once a landlord joins, the landlord is the payer.
• Owned home: the owner who added it pays.

Everyone else on the property sees who has to activate it on the Activation card, for example The landlord activates it or Invite a landlord to activate.

At the bottom of Home, the plan row reads Free for your free property and Active for a paid one. If you have only one property, tapping Free explains how adding another works.
