Track a home you own

1. On the Properties page, tap Property.
2. Choose Owned.
3. Pick Apartment or House, enter a Name and the Address, and tap Create.
4. Tap Activate. Your first owned home is free.

Under Bills, tap Add bill. For owned homes the categories include Mortgage, Property tax, Insurance, Utilities, Internet, Maintenance, Building fees, Trash, Repair and Other. Set Monthly, Quarterly or Yearly to create the bill again automatically.

• Upload the deed, insurance, warranties and receipts under Docs, Files.
• Add photos and items under Docs, Photos and Docs, Items so you can show what you own and its condition.
• Use Timeline to log repairs and inspections and to schedule things like a heating service.

In the People card, tap the invite icon to invite another owner by email or with a single-use link. Owned homes have no lease, rent, contract or approval steps.
