What is imanino?

A shared record of a home. Rent and bills, photos, inventory, documents and contracts live in one place that every person involved can see.

Is it really free?

Your first property is free, with unlimited tenants, photos and documents. Each additional property is €20 per month, including VAT.

What does tamper-evident mean?

Photos and documents are hashed and timestamped, and each entry is chained to the one before it. If anything is changed later, the chain no longer matches and everyone can see it.

Do the other people have to pay?

No. Inviting a tenant, landlord or agent to your property is free, and they see the same record you do.

Where is my data stored?

Your account, records and files are stored in the EU. Some processing, such as AI document analysis, can happen outside the EU under GDPR safeguards. The privacy policy lists every provider.

Can I use it for a home I own?

Yes. Owners can keep bills, insurance, warranties, deeds and inventory together. Your first owned home is free too.

How do agents earn money?

Agents get a referral link. When people they refer subscribe, the agent earns a commission on those payments. Agents can also create and track commission invoices for their clients.
