Log issues, repairs and notes

1. Open the Timeline tab and switch to History.
2. Tap Add entry.
3. Pick the kind: Note, Issue, Repair, Change or Inspection.
4. Enter a Title, the Date and an optional Note, and add photos if you like.
5. Tap Save.

Other people on the property get an email when you report an issue or add an entry.

Entries of kind Issue have a check button. Tap it to Resolve the issue. The title is struck through and people are notified. Tap it again to Reopen.

Use the Actions menu on an entry and choose Add photos to attach more pictures later. You can delete your own entries from the same menu; everyone sees them disappear. You cannot delete entries written by someone else.

imanino adds Change entries by itself for things like item replacements, schedule changes and deletion requests and decisions. That gives both sides a dated history of what happened and who did it.
