Build your inventory

1. Open Docs and switch to Items.
2. Tap Snap on the empty screen to take a photo, or tap the plus button (Add item) to open the form.
3. Add one or more photos with Add photos.
4. Check the Name, Room and Category, set the quantity with Qty, pick a condition and add a note.
5. Tap Done.

If you add an item from a photo and leave the name empty, imanino uses AI to fill in name, category, room, quantity and condition. The item shows Filling in details meanwhile. You can correct anything afterwards.

Items are grouped by room. The Rooms and Categories cards on Home let admins adjust the lists to match the property, including custom categories for items and bills. Use the search field above the list to find an item by name.

Tap an item to edit it or add more photos. If you created an item less than an hour ago you can delete it right away with the trash icon. After that, deleting an item is a request that the other side may need to approve.
