Set up a property for a client as an agent

1. Sign up as Agent. On the Properties page tap Property and choose Rented.
2. Enter the Name and Address and tap Create.

You join the property as its Agent and as an admin.

1. In the People card, tap the invite icon and choose Landlord.
2. Send the invite by email or create a single-use link.
3. Repeat for the Tenant.

The landlord pays for the property, so it stays Not activated until a landlord has joined and activated it. Until then you can use Home and Docs. You can still invite a landlord while the property is not activated; after activation only the landlord side manages landlords.

On the Contract card, tap Upload contract to share the draft. Everyone can comment on it and the landlord and tenant sign when it is final.

• Use the Commission card on Home to bill the landlord or tenant for your fee.
• Open Earnings in the account menu to get your referral code and link.
