Download your data and delete your account

1. Open Account and go to the Privacy and data section.
2. Tap Download my data.

You get a copy of your personal data and the records you created as a JSON file, including a list of your uploaded files.

1. In the Privacy and data section of Account, tap Delete account.
2. Read what will happen. If your account has a password, enter it. If you only sign in with Google, tap Confirm with Google, sign in again and come back within 5 minutes.
3. Type DELETE to confirm, then tap Delete forever.

This cannot be undone, so download your data first if you want a copy. You are logged out on every device.

• Your name, email addresses, photo, login methods, devices, sessions and notification settings are removed.
• You leave every property. If you were the only admin of a property that other people share, another member is made admin.
• Properties that only you belong to are deleted, or archived if they hold uploaded files.
• Records you shared with others, such as uploaded files, bills and timeline entries, stay for them and show as Deleted user.
• Subscriptions you pay for are cancelled immediately.
• For agents, referral commissions that have not been paid out are forfeited.
