Join your flat as a tenant

1. Open the invite link or the email your landlord sent you.
2. If you are new, tap Create account and choose Tenant. Otherwise tap Log in.
3. Back on the invite page, tap Join.

You land on the property Home. If your landlord has not activated the property yet, the Bills and Timeline tabs appear once they do.

• Open the Lease card on Home and check rent, deposit and the lease dates. If something is wrong, you can propose a change; your landlord has to approve it.
• Under Bills, mark rent paid when you have paid it. The landlord's bank details show under Pay to if they added them.

1. Upload your rental agreement under Docs, Files.
2. Under Docs, Photos, tap Add photos, keep the Move-in tag, pick a room and take photos of every room, especially existing damage.
3. Under Docs, Items, add the larger items in the flat and set their condition.
