Add photos and use photo tags

1. Open Docs and switch to Photos.
2. Tap Add photos.
3. Choose a tag: Move-in, Condition, Damage, Change, Repair or Move-out. Move-in is the default.
4. Optionally pick a room and write a note.
5. Add pictures with Camera or Library (up to 10 at a time) and tap Save.

Each photo is timestamped, linked to the earlier uploads and attributed to you. imanino also keeps the time the picture was taken when your device provides it.

Photos are grouped into albums by tag. Photos without a tag appear in an album called Other. Inside an album you can filter by room. Pick the tag that matches the moment: Move-in at the start, Damage when something is broken, Repair after the fix and Move-out at the end.

To show how something changed, open a photo and tap Revision to add a new picture of the same spot. The versions appear in a strip as v1, v2 and so on, and the originals stay.

The uploader and admins can tap the pencil labelled Edit details to change the tag, room or note. The picture itself cannot be replaced. To remove a photo, an admin requests a deletion, which the other side may need to approve.
