Charge a commission on a property

1. On the property Home, find the Commission card and tap the plus icon (Add commission).
2. Choose who pays: Landlord or Tenant.
3. Enter the Amount, Currency and the due date, and optionally a note and your invoice.
4. Tap Add.

Commissions are for rented properties. Only agents and the side that pays (landlords or tenants) can see a commission and its invoice.

• Open: the commission waits for payment.
• Paid: the landlord or tenant who owes it taps Mark paid.
• Confirmed: the agent taps Confirm after receiving the money.

imanino does not process this payment. It records the status, and the money moves between you outside the app. Emails go out for new, due soon, overdue, paid and confirmed commissions. An agent can delete a commission that is not confirmed yet.
