A tour of a property

The Properties page lists every property you belong to. Each row shows your role, how many people are on the property, a lock icon if the property is not activated yet, the number of overdue bills and the open amount. Use the Property button to add another one.

• Home: the overview. It holds the map, the lease, the contract, the people, contacts, rooms and categories, and what is coming up next.
• Bills: every bill and rent payment, with totals for Unpaid, Overdue and Paid this year.
• Docs: three views called Files, Items and Photos for documents, the inventory and photos.
• Timeline: Upcoming schedules and History, the log of notes, issues, repairs, changes and inspections.

On a phone the tabs sit in a bar at the bottom of the screen. On a computer they appear under the property name.

• A setup checklist that suggests next steps for your role.
• The Contract card on rentals that still have a contract in progress.
• The Lease card with rent, deposit and the lease term (rentals only).
• Pending approvals, such as lease changes and deletion requests.
• Next up, a short list of upcoming schedules.
• People, with the invite button, and cards for Commission, Contacts, Rooms and Categories.

At the top right of Home, the bell opens notification settings for this property and the pencil opens Edit property.

A property that is not activated shows an Activation card on Home. Until it is activated you can use Home and Docs, but the Bills and Timeline tabs are hidden.
