How automatic document reading works

After you upload a document, imanino uses AI to suggest a title, a document type and the parties involved, such as landlord, tenant, insurer or provider. These suggestions replace the file name in the list. The status Processing shows while it works.

If the document asks for a payment and an amount can be read, imanino can also create a bill for it. A message with a Bill button tells you when that happens.

1. Open the document and tap the pencil labelled Edit details.
2. Change the Title or Type, or add, rename or remove Parties.
3. Tap Save.

Your edit always wins over the automatic result. The original file is never touched.

• Needs details: the details could not be filled in. You also get an email. Open the document, tap Retry, or fill the details in yourself.
• Fill in details: this property reached its monthly allowance for automatic reading. A note says automatic details are paused until a date. Fill the details in by hand.
