Activate a property and manage billing

A property that is Not activated shows an Activation card on Home with a lock icon. The person who pays sees an Activate button.

1. If this is your free property, tap Activate. The property is activated at once.
2. Otherwise tap Activate to go to secure checkout and subscribe for €20 per month, including VAT. You can withdraw within 14 days for a full refund, see the Terms of Service.
3. You return to the property, which is now active.

• Bills and Timeline are hidden, so rent bills, schedules, reminders and the calendar do not run.
• Item replacements are not available.
• Home and Docs stay available, and the contract flow on rentals still works.
• Most notification emails are paused for the property.

Nothing you uploaded is removed.

1. Open the property Home as an admin of a property with a paid subscription.
2. At the bottom of the page, tap Billing.
3. Use the billing portal to update your payment method, see invoices or cancel the subscription.

Deleting a property also cancels its subscription. If a paid property ends up not active, it goes back to the Not activated state described above.
